"We are completing a year of togetherness today though I took delivery of my Marazzo on 31st October 2018. A year and multiple visits later I would like to put forth my experience with the team at this dealership. The reason for this mail is also that when we feel short changed, we get down to write our bitter experience in the worst way possible but good work and ethics need to be appreciated so that the team tries to better its own commitment . I am particularly writing this as I feel Mr Anand Mahindra is a flag bearer of good ethics and positivity though I am not active on any social media platforms. I know of his work from the newspapers or Whatsapp and the liking flows from such initiatives when you discuss with your friends and family about an industrialist who is so down to earth yet elegance personified. I have been called at your service centre multiple times for the recalls/upgrades that happen to the vehicle and also due to certain issues which I felt should be corrected before the expiry of the 1st year. Angel Mahindra has really delighted me when, the problem of my tyre that was showing a deep cut on the left side front and rejected by Bridgestone, I was pleasantly told not to worry and they would try. It was subsequently done as a customer service from Team Angel Mahindra. I have had 2 or 3 other problems like that of the front passenger seat, engine sensor issues etc which were looked into asap and the ambience provided for customers at the service centre also speaks volumes. All the staff are really courteous right from the gate keeper who keep utmost patience when dealing with customers as us. I had a TATA MANZA before this and sold it after 7 years to buy this car. I had to go to Wasan Motors Kandivli every time for any service related issue as the Vasai dealership was way below the mark and I never got an experience like this or the urge to put such a mail, ever. I am delighted with the Vehicle, my family (particularly my Father-in-Law who is paralysed but has a glint in his eyes if we tell him that we are taking the vehicle. The Seats are so comfortable that when we went to Mookambika last year-800+ kms and to Calicut in Kerala-1200+ kms this year he did not have any swelling in his legs though we drove 14 hours at a stretch) & friends are always in awe of the space and the It speaks volumes and I would definitely like to congratulate our entire Mahindra family for creating a beautiful space on WHEELS."
